QR codes are a useful way to collect photos and videos from your guests attending your event.

Here’s a few tips

  • Set-up your cloud storage link e.g. Dropbox, G-Drive folder
  • If you wish to direct your guests to multiple links e.g. event website, social media, Spotify rsvp playlist, etc use Linktree
  • Use Google Chrome’s built-in QR code generator. Click on the 3 dots on the top right, find “Cast, save, and share”, “Create QR Code”, paste your link then hit “Download”.
  • Designing your flyer or poster with the QR code and instructions is commonly done in Canva before exporting into PDF format to use at the printers e.g. Officeworks
  • Printing your QR code and instructions in A5 size at Officeworks with 300gsm paper is a very popular and convenient.
